## Acceptable Use

Effective October 26, 2026. Version 2026-10-26. Operated by Ironclad Solutions LLC, a Puerto Rico company that operates HandledIQ.

HandledIQ is for running a home-service business. To keep it safe and trusted for every shop and every homeowner, you may not use it to do the following. This policy is part of the [Terms of Service](https://app.handlediq.com/legal/terms).

### Texts, calls and email

- Send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or to bought, rented or scraped lists.
- Keep messaging someone who replied STOP or unsubscribed, or try to get around an opt-out.
- Send marketing texts without the prior express written consent the TCPA requires, or contact people at hours the law forbids.
- Hide who you are, use a misleading sender, or pretend to be another business or person.
- Send content carriers prohibit, including hate, harassment, illegal products, or unlawful lending or debt-collection practices.

### Customers and records

- Enter information you have no right to use, or use a customer’s information for something unrelated to serving them.
- Put card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or health information into notes or messages.
- Post fake reviews or ask for reviews in exchange for payment or discounts.
- Discriminate against customers or workers unlawfully.

### The service itself

- Try to reach another shop’s records, test HandledIQ’s security without our permission, or get around sign-in or role limits.
- Share sign-ins, sell access, or let someone outside your business use your shop.
- Overload, scrape or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Upload malware or anything you don’t have the right to share.
- Use Hoss or any AI feature to make decisions the law reserves to a person, or try to make it act without a person’s authority.

### What happens

We may stop a message, pause a feature or suspend a shop that breaks this policy, as the [Terms of Service](https://app.handlediq.com/legal/terms) describe. Unless the law or a serious risk prevents it, we will tell you first. Report abuse to [hello@handlediq.com](mailto:hello@handlediq.com).
