Remove connected account data.
Use these steps to request removal of Google Ads or Meta advertising data held by HandledIQ, operated by Ironclad Solutions LLC.
Stop further account access
Sign in as the shop owner. Open Marketing, then Accounts, and disconnect the provider. This removes HandledIQ’s saved access credentials and stops further reads and changes. You can also remove HandledIQ from your Google account connections or Meta business integrations.
Request data removal
Email [email protected] from the email address you use for HandledIQ. Include your shop name, whether the account is Google Ads or Meta, and the connected data you want removed. Do not send a password or access credential. If you cannot sign in, you can still email us to begin the request.
We verify your authority over the shop, identify the affected connection and confirm the request’s scope before removing records. We then confirm the result or explain any records that must be retained for security or legal obligations. Removal requests are handled by HandledIQ support; visiting this page does not submit a request.
What removal does not change
This request concerns data held by HandledIQ. It does not delete campaigns, change budgets or close your Google or Meta account. Customer requests and job records are separate shop records. Disconnecting or requesting deletion does not automatically restore advertising destinations already installed.
