HandledIQ is operated by Ironclad Solutions LLC. This notice covers Google Ads and Meta advertising accounts connected to HandledIQ. It supplements our contact privacy notice.

What you connect

The shop owner authorizes access on Google or Meta, then selects the shop’s advertising account in HandledIQ. We receive account identifiers, account names, permissions and access credentials. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password.

What we read and change

We read the selected account’s campaigns, advertising destinations, creative content and spend. We use this information to report advertising costs and install links to your shop’s HandledIQ request form. We keep the original destination and installation checks so changes can be traced and recovered. Meta business access lets us find the ad accounts and Pages assigned to your connection.

For a Google Ads account, we also read its Local Services leads (the person’s name, phone number and the service they asked for) and add each as a request in your shop so your office can book it. HandledIQ does not text or email these people on its own.

When you turn on sending booked jobs back, we make two conversion actions in your Google Ads account, “HandledIQ booked job” and “HandledIQ paid job”, and send each booked and paid job that came from one of your Google ad clicks: the ad click’s own identifier, the time and the job’s value. We never send a customer’s name, phone number, email or address. Turning it off stops sending; the conversion actions stay in your account for you to keep or remove.

Automatic link installation does not change budgets or activate campaigns. Putting an ad live, pausing it and changing its budget or who sees it each need the owner’s approval of exactly what was shown. Unsupported ad formats remain unchanged.

How information is used

Connected account information supports your shop’s reports, authorized account actions, customer-request attribution, troubleshooting and security. It is not sold or shared for another business’s advertising. Access credentials are encrypted in storage and provider requests use HTTPS. Authorized service providers process information needed to operate HandledIQ.

HandledIQ’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google and Meta account data is not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Your controls

In Marketing, open Accounts and disconnect a provider to stop further access and remove its saved access credentials. You can also revoke HandledIQ in your Google account or Meta business settings. Disconnecting does not automatically restore links already installed in ads.

Retention and removal

Disconnecting stops access; it does not by itself erase historical reports, installation records or customer requests. To request deletion of connected account data, follow our data-removal instructions. We verify the request belongs to the shop before changing its records. Any records that must be retained for security or legal obligations are explained when the request is handled.
