This notice covers the HandledIQ contact forms, here and on handlediq.com, and our own support text messages. HandledIQ is operated by Ironclad Solutions LLC.

What we keep

When you contact us here, we save the name, email, optional phone number and message you provide. We record whether you checked the optional text-message consent box, the exact disclosure and the time. A one-way fingerprint of your network address helps limit abusive submissions. The walkthrough form on handlediq.com saves your name, work email, shop name, optional phone, trade, number of techs and message, the page you sent it from and the country your request came from; Cloudflare keeps it for us.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to your request, arrange a demo or callback, and provide support. Contact messages go to our business inbox. We email you once to confirm we have your request. Service providers process the information needed to host these forms, deliver email and deliver messages.

Texting is your choice

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Providing a number alone does not opt you into texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Questions or removal requests

Email [email protected] to ask about your contact information, request a correction or request its removal. Consent and communication records may need to be retained to document requests and meet legal obligations.
